FareFold is an iPhone app for recording shared travel expenses and calculating settlements. It is designed to work without a FareFold account or FareFold-operated online service.
FareFold stores the information you enter, such as trips, participant names, expenses, amounts, currencies, notes, and settlement results, locally on your device. This information is used to provide the app’s expense tracking and settlement features.
FareFold does not require login and does not operate a cloud backend. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs, and it does not send your trip data to us over the network. This website also uses no cookies, analytics, JavaScript, or external fonts.
If you choose to contact us through the public support email address, the operator will receive your email address, message content, and any attachments you voluntarily provide. We use this information only to reply and troubleshoot your request, and retain it until the issue is addressed and any necessary recordkeeping need ends. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. The support address uses Microsoft Outlook to receive and store messages, and Microsoft processes that information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You may contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence; we will respond to and handle the request subject to applicable retention obligations.
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes traffic and technical data such as IP addresses, traffic routing data, system configuration information, and other request information to operate, secure, and deliver the service. Cloudflare describes this processing in its Privacy Policy. This hosting activity is separate from the FareFold app, which does not upload your trip data.
When you choose to save a generated travel bill image, FareFold requests add-only access to your Photos library. This permission allows the app to add that image; it does not give FareFold access to browse your existing photo library. You may refuse or change this permission in iOS Settings.
FareFold presents the iOS share sheet only when you start a share or export action. The content then goes to the person, app, or service you select. Apple and the selected destination process that content according to their own terms and privacy policies.
FareFold can create a local backup file that you control. The backup is not encrypted and may contain personal travel information, so store and share it carefully. A full restore replaces the FareFold library currently on the device.
You control the records stored inside FareFold and may delete them in the app. Deleting FareFold removes its local data from that device. If you use iCloud Backup or another Apple device backup feature, a system backup may retain app data according to your device settings and Apple’s policies.
Downloading or purchasing the app through the App Store, and any device or diagnostic data handled by Apple, are governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. These Apple-operated processes are separate from FareFold’s local app storage.
FareFold does not knowingly collect personal information from children because it does not collect or transmit users’ trip data to us. Parents and guardians should supervise information entered, shared, or backed up on a child’s device.
If FareFold’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected before the changed practice applies where required.

本网站通过 Cloudflare Pages 托管和分发。当你访问本网站时，Cloudflare 会处理 IP 地址、流量路由数据、系统配置信息及其他请求信息等流量与技术数据，用于运行、保护和交付服务。Cloudflare 在其隐私政策中说明了这类处理。此网站托管活动独立于 FareFold App；FareFold App 不会上传你的行程数据。
当你选择保存生成的旅行账单图片时，FareFold 会请求对照片图库的“仅添加”权限。该权限仅允许 App 添加这张图片，不允许 FareFold 浏览你已有的照片图库。你可以拒绝授权，或在 iOS“设置”中更改权限。
只有你主动开始分享或导出操作时，FareFold 才会显示 iOS 分享菜单。随后，内容会发送到你选择的联系人、App 或服务。Apple 和你选择的目标方会按照其各自条款与隐私政策处理这些内容。
FareFold 可以创建由你控制的本机备份文件。备份文件未加密，并可能包含个人旅行信息，请谨慎保存和分享。完整恢复会替换设备上当前的 FareFold 资料库。
你可以控制并删除 FareFold 中保存的记录。删除 FareFold 会移除该设备上的本机 App 数据。如果你使用 iCloud 云备份或 Apple 提供的其他设备备份功能，系统备份仍可能按照你的设备设置和 Apple 政策保留 App 数据。
通过 App Store 下载或购买 App，以及 Apple 处理的设备或诊断数据，受你的 Apple 设置和 Apple 政策约束。这些由 Apple 运营的处理流程独立于 FareFold 的本机 App 存储。
FareFold 不会收集或向我们传输用户的行程数据，因此我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。父母或监护人应监督儿童在设备上输入、分享或备份的信息。
如果 FareFold 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策并注明新的生效日期。在适用要求下，重大变更会在新的处理方式生效前反映到本政策中。
